Booking and Cancellation

Dispute Resolution

If we cannot resolve a dispute through direct communication, the following procedures apply:

• Informal Resolution: Both parties agree to attempt good faith negotiations for at least 30 days before pursuing formal dispute resolution

• Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association
• Court Proceedings: Either party may seek injunctive relief in court, and disputes involving amounts less than $5,000 may be resolved in small claims court

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitrations against Ecostudioux.
