Unlike physical products, these services are provided in real-time and cannot be returned once delivered. Since we provide consultation services rather than physical products, the following timeframes apply:
- Service Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to be eligible for a full refund

Shipping Costs

- If we provide any physical materials, documents, or consultation packages by mail, shipping costs are included in the service fee
- Return shipping for any physical materials is the responsibility of the client unless the return is due to our error
- For in-person consultations, travel costs are not included in consultation fees unless specifically agreed upon in advance

- Dissatisfaction with style recommendations based solely on subjective preferences when services were delivered as agreed
- Expired package sessions that were not used within the specified timeframe
- Additional services or add-ons that were specifically requested and delivered
However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will work with you to address concerns even for non-refundable items when possible.
General Legal Requirements

Virtual Consultations
Virtual consultation services follow the same cancellation and refund policies as in-person consultations. Technical difficulties on the client side that prevent attendance do not qualify for refunds unless notification is provided according to our cancellation timeline.
Force Majeure
In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, serious illness, or other emergencies, we will work with clients individually to reschedule appointments or provide appropriate refunds or credits.
